My name is Adrian Jan Lucas Lundgren, and I am writing to inquire about an old bank account I held with Göteborgs Bank (later Götabanken/Nordea).
I am a dual Swedish and Spanish citizen currently residing in Barcelona, Spain. I possess a valid Swedish passport and a Swedish personal identification number (680911-5675).
As I have been living abroad for many years, I do not have a Swedish BankID or any digital means to access my accounts. I would like to request information regarding:
- Whether the account associated with my personnummer is still active or has been classified as a "dormant account."
- The current balance and status of any assets linked to my identity.
- The necessary steps to verify my identity and manage these funds from abroad without a BankID.
I have attached a photo of my valid Swedish passport to this email to verify my identity.
